Private Villa, Muscat, Oman

This design was prepared for Quad Design by members of the VI design team for a private client. The client requested a contemporary design for his family villa. The building was designed to take advantage of a sloping site. Its 1200 sm is arranged over four floors and the modelling of the plan allows for a clear distinction in form between the formal entertainment areas of the brief and the facilities for family use.
