Development of an existing petrol station and restaurant site opposite a Hawksmoor Church to Mixed-Use and Residential.
The scheme detailed the retention of the Petrol Station and Restaurant with Podium Construction and Residential above. The existing pub on the corner of the site was retained to maintain some of the historic value (the pub portion of the site is within a conservation area).
