Construction of 55 high end apartments within existing neo-classical steel framed building.
The deliverables consisted of 25 private apartments with complete fit out and 30 serviced apartments delivered as ‘white box’ for fit-out under separate contract.
Selective works to the steel frame for new lifts, stairs and roof lights were undertaken and alterations were made to existing light wells with a new Met-Sec wall system to both.
Additionally, new doors and windows were added throughout, replacement mansard roof to the rear, penthouse extension and new curtain-walling & stone work to
facade.
BREEAM rating: Very Good
