Demolition of single mansion and construction of two six storey mansions.
Two storey basements were added to each mansion with swimming pools in the lowest basement.
The construction included top of the range M&E and AV throughout as well as complex services & finishes coordination.
During the construction, significant design issues relating to inconsistencies between structural, mechanical and electrical and architectural designs differing, despite the use of Revit & 3D modelling of the buildings, were resolved.
