A 30 rooms hotel in an unusual location, sandwiched between a mosque and a residential bloc with a direct view to the Arabian Sea in the port of Mutrah in Muscat. This narrow and elongated site presented a challenge to the client’s brief to accommodate the number of rooms needed to achieve a commercially viable project.
