Refurbishment of significant historical building in downtown Columbia, South Carolina.
The aim of the works was to provide the equivalent to a Grade II listing in the USA and a new Head Office for Brennan Associates International, including open plan and private offices, conference and meeting rooms.
Additionally, a rear extension on the first floor was introduced over the existing vaults along with a retail outlet at ground level to the front/street portion of the site.
