The refurbishment of the existing Private Medical Facility at No 19 Harley Street. It included the presentation of 2 new Operating Theatres, with associated support areas.
The design work at No 19 Harley Street centred on the re-organisation of an existing private healthcare premises to create enhanced facilities for the new occupier, Nuada Healthcare. The accommodation includes the delivery of 2 additional operating theatres, with preparation and post operation recovery pods and associated plant. The design and delivery complexities centred on the reorganisation of existing spaces within the tight tolerances of a Grade 2 Listed Building and associated Listed Building Consent .
Executed within a tight programme and budget the new facility opened in May 2016, having secured full CQC sign off.
