A seaside five star hotel, designed with cutting edge technology with the aim of developing an intelligent prototype of environmentally sustainable, energy efficient building. The core module used on the most exposed Teflon cladded façade; take its origin from the molecular structure of the marine sponge the “phylum Porifera” in abundance on Kuwait Bay, creating an aesthetically pleasant yet efficient barrier to the harsh environment this building and its inhabitants may experience throughout the life span of the building.
